International Symposium on Boron-BORON 2019

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the International Symposium on Boron (BORON2019) will be organized by the National Boron Research Institute (BOREN) of Turkey in cooperation with Eti Mining Operations General Directorate and Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University in Nevşehir, Turkey on April 17-19, 2019.

The main goal of BORON 2019 is to discuss the recent advances on physical and chemical properties and industrial applications of boron and boron related compounds with invited national and international experts on boron, scientists from universities, institutions, public and private sector producers. It is aimed to discuss the R&D and NPD activities and the strategic use areas of boron.

The scientific program will include invited presentations from national and internationally recognized experts and oral/poster presentations from different countries.

The language of the symposium is English and Turkish. Evaluation of the acceptance of the presentations will be done on extended abstracts in Turkish or English. Full articles of the accepted presentations will be published in the symposium book. Detailed information can be reached at http://www.boron2019.com and correspondence through [email protected].
