Bariatric Endoscopic Surgical Trends Conference-BEST 2019

Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to welcome you to the 16th International B.E.S.T. (Bariatric Endoscopic Surgical Trends) congress in New York City. This year's B.E.S.T. conference will focus on the quest for a personalized approach in bariatric and metabolic surgery. From indications to outcomes, we will be defining the role for primary, revisional procedures, and emerging technologies. We will be discussing challenges in our area of expertise and in managing outcomes and complications. Additionally, obesity as a chronic disease provides many areas of both advancement and discussion.

Over the course of the two-day conference, the program will include more than 10 live-surgery transmissions from hospitals across the region as well as from international colleagues around the world. The procedures will be performed in full accordance with current guidelines for live surgery. In addition, lectures, debates with audience polling, a "Shark Tank" presentation of current innovations, and conclusive wrap-ups after each session will serve to orient conference participants towards possible algorithms for different revisional procedures. This conference is approved for 15.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.
