Dear Young Researchers,

A considerable number of international students who come to Türkiye for higher education enroll in graduate programs. Graduate education, comprising Master's and PhD degrees, represents the continuation of undergraduate education, focusing on scientific research and its practical application. It serves as the pinnacle of education, fostering the advancement of science and technology, encouraging intellectual discourse, and broadening knowledge. A key objective of graduate education is to establish research centers and institutions in areas of necessity and interest, cultivating specialists and academics in various fields. International graduate students in Türkiye play a crucial role in carrying out this mission in their respective countries, where they are likely to return and engage in academic pursuits. Equipped with scientific knowledge and vision, these students will contribute significantly to their nations' academic landscape.

As İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University the Faculty of Theology, with our stakeholder institutions (İstanbul Medipol University, İlim Yayma Cemiyeti İzmir Branch, İzmir International Students Association) İzmir International Guest Student Association, we have initiated this congress to provide young researchers with a platform to share and discuss their research findings. Our goal is to offer both the experience of a scientific congress and the opportunity to engage with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, fostering informal discussions on academia and research. We aim to support the growth and advancement of our fellow young researchers. The International Students Social Science Congress III will take place in-person at İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University and online as well. We are delighted to welcome all graduate students to our congress.
