Turkish and Greek Endocrine Surgery Joint Summit 2024

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Istanbul for the upcoming Turkish and Greek Endocrine Surgery Joint Summit, organized by the collaboration between the Greek and Turkish Societies of Endocrine Surgery and scheduled for October 26th-27th, 2024.

The summit aims to unite both shores of the Aegean to share knowledge, build friendships, and celebrate hospitality. The central theme of the meeting will revolve around the management of thyroid cancer, exploring the evolution of diagnosis and treatment over the last forty years, and the most recent advancements in diagnostics, treatments, and technologies in this area. The scientific program will consist of lectures, round tables, and interactive case presentations, where audience participation will be encouraged in the discussion of cases. Poster sessions will also be included.

Istanbul, a captivating and historic city, has been the capital of numerous empires throughout history and continues to boast a rich cultural heritage. An evening social program during the meeting and on October 27th will allow attendees to connect with colleagues, take in the stunning Bosphorus view, and explore the important landmarks of the historical peninsula.
