We are excited to confirm that the World Congress of Epidemiology will now be held 3-6th September 2021. We very much look forward to seeing you there. Clearly we have considered the issues around the COVID-19 pandemic and the potential impacts on the Congress. The WCE has always been a very important opportunity to bring those with an interest in epidemiology from all over the world together, including all countries, stages of career and those who may not normally have such an opportunity.
Never has there been a more important time to celebrate epidemiology, share our work and bring together all of those interested in epidemiology internationally. The Congress was already coming together with a wonderful response to the call for abstracts (over 1100), outstanding speakers and an excellent selection of workshops. We acknowledge all of the support from all of those assisting in organisation, sponsoring, expressing interest, submitting abstracts and otherwise involved.
