Welcome Message from the President of IEAHWF 2022,
As the president of IEAHWF 2022, I have great pleasure in welcoming you to this important Forum. The forum is organized by Hacettepe University Faculty of Spor Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sport Teaching in partnership with the Foundation for Global Community Health. Our university is located in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey, has brought innovations in many areas to Turkey and has also brought achievements thanks to curiosity and cooperation in the national and international arena.
The forum will take place in Istanbul, which is a world city. Istanbul is among our very important cities in terms of connecting the European and Asian continents to each other, its geographic position and beauty, and historical and cultural heritage. The forum will be held under the title of “Istanbul Euro-Asia Health & Wellness Forum 2022 - IEAHWF 2022” will address health and well-being while focusing on the linkage with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, especially Goal #3 Health and Well-Being; Goal #4 Quality Education and Goal #11 Sustainable Cities and Communities.
Around 74 Distinguished Invited Delegates from 40 countries/regions will participate to this forum that will be organized with a multidisciplinary concept. We hope that this forum will bring a strong perspective and a consensus both for European and Asian countries, and for the entire world.
In this context, I would like to thank the Foundation for Global Community Health, which established cooperation for the arrangement of the forum, and Prof. Dr. Ming-Kai Chin, who is the international advisor. I would also thank Prof. Dr. A. Haydar Demirel, dean of our faculty, who provided strong support to organize the forum, and, of course, our faculty and our university. I am sure that this Forum, which will bring Europe and Asia, even the world together, will also bring added values for all of us. Your participation will be our wealth.
