The first International Law Congress: Current Themes & Topics organised by E-Journal of Law and Marcony University will be held on December 5-9 in Samsun/Turkey. The congress bringing academic lawyers, legal practitioners and other researchers interesting in law from 10 different countries covers current themes and topics. Sessions corcerning current themes of law will be held under specific names within the coxtext of the congress. Certificates that will be given to the participants give places the specific session names along with the congress name. In this regard, the following themes will be in the congress:
Human Rights and Freedoms
International Trade and Arbitration
IT Law and Intellectual Properties
Labour Law and the Rights of Employee
Criminal Law and Criminal Justice
Constitutional Law and Administrative Law
Theory of Law, Philosophy of Law and Legal History
Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law
Migration, Citizenship and Foreign Law
