The official presentation language of the FONGAR is English or Turkish. Abstracts and Full Papers can be written as English or Turkish language in microsoft word. Participants can submit a MAXIMUM of TWO PAPERS with fee for this conference. It will be published in end of November 2018 as The Conference Proceeding e-Book.
The FONGAR 2018 aims at presenting current researches being carried out in the areas of Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, Gastronomy for scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities, technologists, entrepreneurs and policy makers all around the World.
