The European Biotechnology Thematic Network Association (EBTNA), established in 1996, serves as a pivotal bridge between the biotechnology sector and the scientific community, fostering collaboration on both academic and industrial projects. With a commitment to innovation and knowledge exchange, EBTNA has, since 2011, spearheaded congresses that convene industry experts and academic leaders.

The European Biotechnology Congress 2024 aims to provide a platform for people from different areas of biotechnology to present and discuss their latest findings, developments and strategies. Participants from academia and industry working in agricultural biotechnology, industrial biotechnology or biotechnological applications in the fields of environment and medicine will come together to acquire new cutting-edge knowledge and have the opportunity to establish new contacts and collaborations.
