We overcome one challenge at a time on the way to improving child health. This time, it was how to still come together despite the current situation, and it was an amazing experience. ESPID 2020 wasn’t just an online paediatric infectious diseases conference, it was a connecting experience.
We truly want to say thank you to all the 3100 participants from 115 countries, who said “Yes. We must make it happen.” As a community, we have shown we will continue to push forward science and medicine, debating all the issues, yet remaining united and strong. Together we will change the lives of all children.
