We have great pleasure in welcoming you all to the APSS Annual Meeting 2022 with live operative surgical course.
The pandemic has thrown the world into disarray and has snatched the opportunity of having a face to face annual meeting in Kolkata. With the emerging Omicron variant of COVID-19, travel will continue to be a challenge for our members due to differing travel advisories and quarantine requirements of countries in our region. APSS has stood up to this challenge with the plan for a hybrid meeting in Coimbatore from 10th-12th June 2022. To make the meeting more absorbing and educative, a live operative surgery course has been embedded into the annual meeting along with the usual symposia, debates and academic lectures. There will also be ample opportunity for our members to present their work in free paper sessions.
