Dear Airway Enthusiasts,

I am honored to invite you to the 8th European Airway Congress (EAC 2024), which will take place in Istanbul, the most exciting city of Turkey. We will come together on 25-28 September to share our knowledge and learn from our experiences.

Our scientific committee worked a lot to create this final program, including the main critical issues we need to know on behalf of airway management. On the other hand, our simulation team will offer a combination of innovative approaches. They will also prepare pre-congress courses and cover the basic and advanced techniques to improve your technical and non-technical skills.

The EAC 2024 also will give you the opportunity to present your scientific research for the evaluation of airway experts. Your oral presentations will add value to our congress. In the Meet The Expert Sessions, you will be able to access interactive discussions with worldwide famous speakers.

Istanbul has unique characteristics being a center of beliefs, thoughts, history, culture and art. It has been a capital of three great empires – the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman – and this diverse heritage is reflected in its architecture, cuisine, and traditions. It will be a delight to discover its streets, historic districts and the food while enjoying this rich program content with your colleagues.

Dear Esteemed Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce you that the 8th European Airway Management Congress, organized by EAMS, will be held in Istanbul Elite World Hotel between 25-28 September 2024. It is a great privilege for me to host the 8th EAC in Turkey after two years again. Our theme is ‘‘fearless airway management’’

We have started the preparations for our 8th Congress by working hard to create a comprehensive scientific program. The new insights and developments in airway management in out of hospital settings, operating rooms, and intensive care units will be discussed with a multidisciplinary approach by our distinguished faculty from all around the world and airway enthusiasts in plenary sessions, keynote lectures, and meet the expert meetings in detail. Besides we will have the opportunity to improve ourselves with hands-on workshops, simulations, and Escape Room on airway management.

We will have a chance to reach and experience the current technological developments in airway management offered by the industry on site. Sharing expertise and knowledge will be enhanced by your academic papers. We are also preparing a fantastic social program to share a good time all together.
