5. Asian Congress of Thoracic Imaging and 22. Annual Meeting of The Korean Society of Thoracic Radiology-ACTI 2023

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you to the 5th Asian Congress of Thoracic Imaging & 22nd Annual Meeting of the Korean Society of Thoracic Radiology (ACTI 2023), hosted by KSTR, to be held in Seoul, Korea from June 15 to 17, 2023.

Since the establishment of the Asian Society of Thoracic Radiology (ASTR), the main goal of the congress has been the globalization of medical knowledge related to Thoracic Imaging through a well-structured system of continuing education. The 1st congress was held in Seoul in 2006 and has since continued to grow thanks to the cooperation of our Asian societies. And now, the 5th congress will be held in Seoul, once more

The ‘New Normal’ after the Covid-19 pandemic will be far more tech-driven while posing even greater challenges going forward. Under the theme of “Leading a New Wave of Thoracic Imaging in Asia”, the Organizing Committee is preparing special sessions to adapt to this new era. In particular, the congress will offer opportunities to experience the latest AI solutions based on deep learning and aim to maximize global technical and medical advances. It will also provide a forum for exchanging the current status and future directions among ASTR member societies.

ACTI 2023 will be a rewarding and unforgettable experience for all our participants attending from around the world. During the congress, you are encouraged to discover the wonder and surprises that Seoul has to offer.
