4. International Congress on Veterinary and Animal Sciences-ICVAS 2018

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, I am pleased to invite you to attend the 4th International Congress on Veterinary and Animal Sciences (ICVAS) to be held in Nevşehir, Turkey from July 12-15, 2018.

The fast advances that we are witnessing in veterinary and animal sciences are remarkable. Application of diagnostic, surgical, and therapeutic procedures to domestic and production animals, as well as wildlife, are critical for controlling zoonotic and emerging diseases and ensuring the safety of our food source. Thus, veterinary and animal sciences are crucial components of the One Health initiative and contribute significantly to global economic growth and development.

This Congress will provide a unique opportunity for participants to share knowledge and experience in various fields of veterinary and animal sciences. Exploring challenges in animal health, production, and welfare and finding solutions where possible will demonstrate the value of veterinary and animal professions for the public good in a changing world.

While the Congress is expected to provide a hot debating space for veterinary and animal scientists around the world, it will also provide outstanding cultural and social events. Our participants will enjoy the wonderful culture of Nevşehir province in the Central Anatolia Region of Turkey. The magnificent city of Nevşehir is located 290 km (180 mi) southeast of the capital Ankara. The city with its first-class conference facilities and accommodations offers participants an outstanding opportunity to visit historical and beautiful Cappadocia, the underground shelters, the fairy chimneys, monasteries, caravanserais and the famous rock-hewn churches of Göreme.
