23. International Biotechnology Congress

The 23rd Biotechnology Congress with International Participation will be held from October 23–25, 2025, at Hacettepe University, Beytepe Campus, Ankara, Türkiye, hosted by the Hacettepe University.

Since its establishment in 1986, the Biotechnology Association has been a driving force in promoting biotechnology in Türkiye. As the most comprehensive civil society organization in this field, the Association has consistently worked to bring biotechnology to the forefront of national policy, fostering collaboration among scientists, industry professionals, and institutions.

This biennial congress is a platform for sharing advancements in various subfields of biotechnology, including agricultural, industrial, medical, environmental, and pharmaceutical biotechnology, as well as biosafety and bioinformatics. The event aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, evaluate national competencies, and explore future development opportunities in biotechnology while providing young scientists with networking and development opportunities.

The congress will feature keynote speeches, oral and poster presentations, and panel discussions by leading experts from around the globe. By bringing together academia, industry, and public institutions, this event aims to strengthen international cooperation and align local advancements with global trends in biotechnology.
