The COVID-19 epidemic, which emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and digitalizes us day by day and prepares us for a comprehensive transformation, brought with it a period in which the state-society, society-individual and individual-individual relations were reshaped, and many memorizations about our past and our present were questioned again.

The process has led us, valuable academicians, students and researchers, who carry out scientific studies, to seek new alternatives. At the very point, the INTERNATIONAL "BAŞKENT" CONGRESS ON PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES will be held between 25-26 September 2021 (depending on the availability of the participants), where theory and practice will be discussed together and new research findings will be presented, invites you, valuable scientists and candidates, to a comprehensive research world where you can meet new cultures by presenting your work in a global environment.

With the global economy, health, social and environmental problems created by the COVID-19 pandemic, which rapidly affected the whole world, a new order has occurred in which the concept of “normal” has begun to be questioned. In this order, where we try to adapt to new norms in order to create sustainability in every field on a global scale, it is aimed to create an environment where your contributions to science will be discussed with the studies of valuable scientists.

For this reason, we will hold our congress online via ZOOM.

The abstracts or full texts of the papers presented at the congress will be published electronically in the Proceedings Book with ISBN prepared by E-BABIL Publishing House, depending on the author's request. In addition, the selected papers can be published in international books or journals by our contracted publishing houses (Literatürkacedemia, NFK, Babil Publishing House).
