15. International Telemedicine Conference of Telemedicine Society of India-TELEMEDICON 2019

Greetings to you and your families.

The Organising Committee of the 15th International Conference of The Telemedicine Society of India (TELEMEDICON 2019), has been entrusted with the onerous task of organising the conference at New Delhi, India, from 29th Nov to 1st Dec 2019. The theme for the conference is “Telehealth: From Illness to Wellness”.

Despite a considerable improvement in our national healthcare infrastructure, a lot still needs to be done.Telehealth offers great opportunities for underserved and remote areas, where access to basic healthcare is of primary concern. The most significant opportunity that Telehealth provides is increased access to high quality healthcare. Providing populace with access to quality healthcare in underserved areas has the potential to help meet previously unmet needs and positively impact existing health services.

We wish to assure you that this conference will be relevant to the prevalent Global and Indian eHealthcare scenario as well as being in sync with the Governmental initiatives of progressing towards holistic “Wellness” in healthcare, in conformity with the Global healthcare trends. We will also ensure that Corporate Social Responsibility is well addressed.

The TSI initiative needs to now focus on the end users i.e. the doctors, nurses and the paramedics. In view of this,the conference is being hosted at the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre to expose the future end users to the deliberations.

Delhi is an exotic destination being a coveted place of tourist interest. Thetiming is just right to enjoy the famous Delhi hospitality with the weather being at its best.Please do register at the earliest.
