It gives us an immense pleasure and honour to invite you all for “AORA 2023” extravaganza. Established in 2011, by regional anaesthesia stalwarts Drs. TVS Gopal, Balavenkatsubramaniam, Vrushali Ponde, Satish Kulkarni, Ashit Mehta and Sandeep Diwan AORA has become a dominant platform to more than 2000 regional enthusiasts who participate with great zeal and passion.
Guided by the AORA core committee, the AORA executive committee has excelled in all disciplines. We all strive hard to encourage the upcoming and the novice anaesthesiologists to make them have a strong base of regional anaesthesia.
Pune regional anaesthesia course [PRAC] a popular and unique CME and workshop founded in 2015 by Dr Sandeep Diwan and ably guided by Dr Parag Sancheti, is appreciated by everyone. Two like-minded organizations [AORA and PRAC] are collaborating for AORA 2023 to provide an excellent academic feast for anaesthesiologists in corporate institutes, free-lancers and post-graduate students. Ably joined by Jupiter and Manipal hospitals, these new infrastructures would relay live and volunteer workshops. Renowned universities like the Bharati Vidyapeeth and Symbiosis would be organising the cadaveric workshops for AORA.
Two important physicians for a regional anaesthesiologist are the anatomist and physiologist, we have GEORG FEIGL from Austria and GARY STRICHARTZ from USA who will deal the basics of anatomy and local anaesthetic. RAFEAL BLANCO the game changer in regional anaesthesia practice will be involved at several levels. Ece Yamak from Turkey will make her presence felt in all academic sessions.
Pune, known for its heritage centres, traditional food and clothes is most sought after by foodies and shoppers. One can spend an entire evening on the famous Junglee Maharaj and Fergusson college road.
The venue, JW Marriott Hotel, which is elegent and hosts numerous conferences through the year.
