On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are delighted to welcome you to the 11th MEMS Annual Congress (MAC 11) which will be held from 29th July to 1st August 2021 at Le Meridian and Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This may seem a long time away since we last met, especially when we could not hold our meeting in July 2020 and have to bring forward this meeting to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
